Bing’s Search Results Pages Refreshed
Bing’s search results pages have began being tested recently in a new, refreshed design for Bing’s search results layout. The new design, although not drastic in nature, makes the search results pages easier to read, navigate and decreases page load times. Since the new design is still in testing, you still may still see the old Bing search results pages if you visit the site. Here are some key changes we noticed:
- Vertical tabs are removed
- Top and bottom search boxes longer
- Search button icon changed
- Location information not displayed
- Icons used instead of text for rewards and preferences
- MSN login information in the top right corner
- Related search recommendations moved from left rail to under the search box
