Pinterest update changing social media interaction

Social media updates give users more ways to interact with brands and marketers more options to reach out to target audiences. The recent Pinterest update is no different. Site Pro News reported that the changes make the site more compatible with mobile use and also put more of an emphasis on pins' usefulness.

Site Pro News also said the site is teaming up with other popular websites to expand its reach and pinning capabilities, as well as offer a more smooth experience for users across different screens.

The Pinterest blog pointed out that the updates allow users to provide more information on the pin in a blurb below the picture, making it easier for people to learn about the products or service shared across the platform.

Additionally, there will be a Pin It button available for mobile devices to allow pinning from any location. There is a new mobile page design that is sitting well with experts and reviewers, as it includes easier navigation, larger pin images and an easy access to other features, according to Site Pro News. The new change offers companies the opportunity to have a closer connection with interested parties and provide more information on the products or services shared.
