Keep up with mobile marketing trends

Mobile marketing trends are on the move, and B2B marketers need to keep up. The use of smartphones and tablets is rapidly increasing, and every industry needs to know how to reach its target audience in mobile-friendly ways for maximum promotional opportunities.

An infographic by Mutual Mobile shows that 94 percent of chief technology officers believe enterprise mobility will become important. More companies are developing in-depth mobile strategies that target business-to-customer goals. Sixty-eight percent see mobile as something that is necessary to implement in their business strategy now, and 42 percent see a mobile strategy as one of their top priorities for the future. In addition, customer churn rates are more than 20 percent lower for businesses that employ mobile practices.

As Marketing Land says, mobile marketing isn’t something to ignore. B2B buyers are using their smartphones to conduct business and communicate with other companies. Buyers are also doing product and service research on their smartphones, using B2B keywords to find vendors and make purchases. These trends mean that companies looking to garner attention from the right audiences need to offer the best mobile experience possible.
