Search Engine Watch says that Adwords' current bid adjustment is only for time of day, but there is now a new option for location and devices. Not only will ads get seen based on certain hours, but also depending on where users are located and what mobile device they are using.
Google is moving all accounts to Enhanced Campaigns by early summer, so it may be better to upgrade before then and learn more about the system sooner.
