Utilizing more than one channel ensures that a wider audience has greater access and can interact with the brand. Marketers may want to consider marketing across all social media networks. Ensuring that the website platform fits both traditional desktop and mobile screens so that viewers can engage with the brand from their handheld devices and computers also may boost interaction.
