“B2B Marketing Drives Business Growth: Learn from the Experts” Features Three Informative Sessions Lead by Globally Accomplished B2B Marketing Professionals

PHOENIX, Ariz., October 10, 2016 – KEO Marketing, a full-service business-to-business (B2B) marketing agency, will sponsor the organization’s signature event for the Business Marketing Association (BMA) Phoenix Chapter. Titled “B2B Marketing Drives Business Growth: Learn from the Experts,” this special event will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the DoubleTree – Paradise Valley, located at 5401 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85250-7090. This event is complimentary for ANA (Association of National Advertisers)/BMA members and ANA/BMA Member Guests.

The program features three informative sessions conducted by industry leaders. A networking reception will be held after the sessions.

The first session is titled “Growth Isn’t a Laughing Matter. Or Is It?” Adryanna Sutherland, president of gyro, discusses the new research surrounding using humor as an effective tool in marketing communications. Sutherland will show how marketers can use humor to accelerate growth into new markets with new audiences. Marketing agency gyro was named BMA’s Global B2B Agency of the Year for 2014, 2015 and 2016. The firm was also awarded 2016 Agency of the Year by Ad Age.

Titled “Achieving Growth in the B2B Media Market – A ‘How to Guide,’” the event’s second session will be led by Paul Miller, group president, industry, for Penton. Penton is a business-to-business information provider who produces more than 110 magazines and associated websites, and about 60 industry events. Miller will share what it takes to drive change in a traditional media culture. He will discuss how to overcome internal and external challenges using data-driven innovation. This session will deliver strategies to help drive organizational growth.

The final session is titled “ALT CTRL DEL: Rebooting B2B Marketing” and will be conducted by B2B marketing and customer experience strategist Carla Johnson. Johnson will teach attendees how to elevate the marketing function in the eyes of C-suite executives, as well as redesign marketing’s role within an organization. She will show attendees how to make marketing a strategic asset and create real business value. Johnson is the author, with Robert Rose, of a book titled Experiences: The 7th Era of Marketing that teaches marketers how to develop, manage and lead the creation of valuable experiences for their organizations.
