You also want to use social media to your advantage in connecting with job seekers and ensuring they have a favorable view of your brand. Aside from specifically spreading the word about job openings and connecting with potential applicants, you also want to use social media to establish your company’s expertise and cutting-edge personality, so professionals will not only know and respect your brand, but they will also see it as a place they might enjoy working.
