Performance Analyst – Email Marketing Coordinator
The perfect match for this position has a passion for analytics and reporting as well as email marketing campaigns. We’re seeking a confident and talented person who loves to dive into data and analytics to find the little nuggets and insights that show value for marketing campaigns or help mold the ongoing strategy of campaigns. Candidates should also have the ability to bring data to life by telling a story of how marketing is impacting the business in relation to the success metrics and goals by creating meaningful reports.
This person would also be able to coordinate an email marketing or lead nurturing campaign across a team, helping drive the strategy for content and list segmentation and executing the delivery through the ongoing reporting.
This role will involve reporting and delivering analytics reports, using multiple tools and software programs, across all clients and campaigns including SEO, PPC, Social, Email, Display, Shopping. This team member will also be responsible for managing any email and lead nurturing campaigns, using marketing automation tools and 3rd party email vendors. In addition, they will also support our team through client and team meetings, online project management and help us create the systems we need to grow.
Applicants should have a college degree, plus at least one year of experience in email marketing and marketing analytics. Other qualifications include skills in Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Moz, Marketing Automation tools as well as working with large data sets in Microsoft excel, creating reports in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, excited about the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment, and flexible enough to adapt to new tasks quickly. A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team area also very important to us.
This is a 40 hour per week contract position to start, and applicants should live in the Phoenix metro area.
Web Developer/Print Production Manager
We’re looking for a special person who loves to create beautiful, user-centric, mobile-responsive websites and stunning collateral. Someone who has well-developed website development skills, communication skills, project management skills and loves to several projects at the same time.
This role will involve building award winning websites and marketing collateral across many industries. This person will also support our team through client and team meetings, online project management and help us create the systems we need to grow.
Applicants should have a college degree and have at least 5 years of hands on experience coding websites and developing marketing collateral.
Our ideal candidate would be skilled in WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento and other Linux based content management systems, and would also have experience with mobile web development frameworks like Bootstrap and jQuery. Candidates should also be proficient the Adobe Creative Suite, Dropbox and Google apps and have lots of experience with CSS and HTML5 and love learning new technology.
