Inbound Quality Links is the second of eight SEO elements unaffected by Google’s changing algorithms.  Inbound links come from external websites and point to your site.  Google interprets the linked content as pertinent to the subject matter.

Although it may seem like an easy thing to do, inbound linking presents some challenges.  First, you must create exceptional content.  Then, you need someone to think it’s worthy of referencing.  Because of this scenario, inbound quality links probably have the greatest effect on Google ranking.

Marketers can help create inbound quality links by creating distinctive and interesting content. In addition, you can build relationships with other marketers to promote your content.
