Google +1 Analytics Provides Phoenix Web Development Firms with Richer Data
Phoenix web development firms can now install the new Google +1 button on their clients’ websites, but it is unclear how long they will have to wait before the expected Google +1 analytics are available. Google has stated they are working with launch partners to ensure this data is accurate before offering it on a wide basis.
According to SeachEngingeLand.com, when Google +1 analytics is ready, it will report aggregate +1 data in four categories: Geography, Demographics, Content and Search Impact. Web developers will be able to use Google +1 analytics to learn where +1 activity is occurring and the age and gender of who is clicking +1 on their content when that information is available. Additionally +1 clicks will be reported on a URL-by-URL basis and web developers will be able to use analytics to see clicks, +1 impressions and click-thru rates.
Google +1 analytics will be available to web developers in up to three locations: Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and Google AdWords. Google has not announced when these analytics will be launched but has stated this is the start of a new focus on offer more in-depth analytics around social activity.
